I fall .... and I have to learn to stand up again!

Just do not know how to describe that kind of feeling .... just feeling bitter , upset , hurt ... all i can do is to let my tears drop... I broke down and cry ... ( now goldfish + panda eyes )

Yes , indeed it makes me feel better.. This song sung by Tommy Page always comes to my mind when I am down.... There are many people out there whom cares & concern about me I know... there are people there when i need them , there are people whom reach out to me when i am lost... I know I am fortunate ... i am contented really!

As life is full of lots of Up & downs , this is the reason why life is wonderful ! There are many chapters in a story book , and our life is made up of many many chapters till the day we die ...is the end of the story..we are the author or a painter , we can write & paint it accordance to our emotions and make the story interesting.... the people we met , the things we see etc

Sometimes we should let our tears to roll down our cheeks , then u taste ur tears , the bitterness is indeed sweet , as there is a story behind!

Well, nevertheless , I will be OK , I will be alright ! ...... Should start another new page of my life.. start to paint it as what I think I wan it to be !

My Philosophy is " Irregardless what is the end result , whether is it what you expected , what I desire and mind is the Process of going thru it , this is something money cannot buy !"

So Anita ! Cheer up! ... God is there always guiding my way..... is good to be loved and to love!

慈悲偉大的佛陀!
八月八日,台灣中、南、東部地區遭受天災「莫拉克」颱風襲擊,各地區傳出了嚴重災情。
佛陀啊!佛陀!
您可曾聽到他們的求救？
您可曾看到他們的哀傷？
那是人間苦難的現象!
那是娑婆浩劫的聲音!
在那裡,整個地區淹沒在大水中, 洪流驚人,
在那裡,千萬人的家園受到毀壞,滿目瘡痍;
他們此時迷失人生的未來,都在尋找希望的明天;
他們此時正像驚惶的羔羊,都在尋覓安全的依怙。
慈悲偉大的佛陀!
祈求您的加被,讓他們生者消災免難,安全如昔;讓他們亡者往生佛國,蓮登九品。
請求您讓他們都能體悟,現實的家園會有成住壞空,自己的本性才能永恆安住;
請求您讓他們都能了解,即使骨肉至親,也會有生離死別,只有證悟解脫,才是究竟的依靠。
慈悲偉大的佛陀!
請您賜給他們再生的信心,讓他們知道:活著就有希望;
請您賜給他們向前的勇氣,讓他們明白:生存就是力量。

我的生日 - 难忘的礼物！师父离开了!

好久了,心情都没有如此低落过，我也哭了，因为我最敬爱的师父，妙扬法师回本山了。这一走是那么的突然，不知道何年何日可以有缘再见。原本打算生日当天回道场拜见师父,但师父确在前一天离开了! 有3个月没有与师父会面,所以如今心里是十分感慨,遗憾!

从来都没有对师父说过，我有多崇拜他，他确实是我的好榜样！这些日子的相处虽短，但我非常珍惜！师父的教诲，鼓励，帮助，安慰，关怀及种种分享，如今依然放在我心里。

我一直都在您背后默默支持您，以前是这样，现在是这样，往后依然会这样。

是您点燃我心中的明灯, 曾经指引我。 如今我得自己继续向前走, 谢谢您出现在我的生命中。师父您是我永远的推动力。

往后大家一起加油! 感恩师父! 无比的感恩!
